A selection of water themed prints including

River: Size 30x40cm

The therapeutic use of water has been recorded in ancient EgyptianGreek and Roman civilizations. Other cultures noted for a long history of hydrotherapy include China and Japan, the latter being centred primarily around Japanese hot springs or “onsen”. This beautiful stream looks relaxing, don't you think?

Falling: 35x112cm

When it comes to beautiful, natural scenic spots, Japan has it covered. There is never a shortage of beautiful landscapes to observe in Japan from the beautiful mountain views and lush forests to glittering streams and steaming hot springs scattered all throughout Japan.

In the 1870’s Japonism became a trend in Europe and influenced impressionists and post-impressionists including Degas, Monet and Van Gogh.
